JetBrains Techlab is a technology museum on a mission to inspire youth and adults with the future of technology. The Amsterdam based museum invites visitors to experience how technology can make the world a better place through robotics, AI, 3D printing, VR & AR. I was hired to manage the museum’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Making Robots Human.
Approach
To grow the audience of this newly opened museum, I focused on creating content people hadn’t seen from a museum before. Robot music videos. A robot dog taking a walk through the park. I leaned into the amazing things robotics can do and the sheer wow factor that comes with it.

Results
The Instagram account achieved a 75% increase in followers within a year. We also saw a 324% increase in Instagram reach and 9.9m% increase in Facebook reach within the same period.
